Great location for fishing and swimming, with beautiful beach just a short walk away. The sun terrace was a lovely spot to relax and enjoy the sea views. I had a fantastic time staying at Birubi Holiday Homes Kangaroo Island.

The place was unbelievably clean, with jaw-dropping balcony views. Great location, just 15 mins from the city. Having laundry facilities was super convenient. The owners were lovely and accommodating, providing all the essentials needed for a comfortable stay. Excellent customer service and a well-maintained house with spacious rooms and a fully equipped kitchen. The view from the living area was incredible, and the house had everything we needed, including electric blankets and air conditioning. A beautiful location with direct beach access, outdoor dining area, and hiking and fishing options nearby. No pets allowed and no smoking on-site. an amazing experience!

We were pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful little extras in the bathrooms and kitchen. The cleanliness of the property was exceptional, just as it appeared on the internet. The property itself was spacious and had everything we needed, including a washing machine and outdoor clothes line. The host, Art, was friendly and provided us with useful information about the property and the surrounding area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend Birubi Holiday Homes Kangaroo Island. we had a wonderful experience and would definitely return in the future.

The location of the holiday home is perfect for exploring Kangaroo Island, with a quiet and peaceful setting offering breathtaking views. the house is well designed, with spacious rooms and good indoor outdoor flow. the kitchen and bathroom facilities are of high quality and everything is clean and well maintained. the host is helpful and provides all necessary information.

The only downside is the lack of wifi, which can be inconvenient since there is no phone reception at the property.

The apartment at Birubi Holiday Homes Kangaroo Island is absolutely stunning! The sea views from the balcony are breathtaking, making it the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The fully equipped kitchen is a bonus for budget travellers like me, allowing us to cook our meals and save money. Plus, having a private bathroom with a hairdryer in each unit is super convenient.

Personally, I found the toaster provided in the apartment a bit outdated. However, I recognize that this is just my opinion and others may still find it functional and useful.

We had an amazing Easter holiday! the house was spacious and had everything we needed, including a well-equipped kitchen for preparing our own meals. the view from the front balcony was absolutely breathtaking, especially during sunset. We also loved the peaceful and tranquil setting of the location, perfect for a relaxing getaway. the house was clean and comfortable, with comfortable beds and provided linen, making it feel like a home away from home. the main bedroom had a stunning view, and we enjoyed spending time on the large veranda out front.

The floor in the house was quite cold, so we had to keep our shoes on, which was a bit uncomfortable. It would have been great to have a gate at the top of the stairs on the front veranda to keep the children safe.

Beach just 10 min away for fishing, swimming, and sightseeing. BBQ and sea views from seating area with TV. Sun terrace. 20 min drive from Kingscote.

Oh, what a shame I didn't like anything about my stay. Just kidding!

I had the most amazing stay at a holiday home in Emu Bay. the view from the main bedroom was breathtaking and the entire house was spotlessly clean. I loved waking up to the stunning sunrise over Emu Bay, which I could enjoy from both the front balcony and the living room. the house had everything I needed to feel at home, and the warm welcome from the host made me feel even more comfortable. It was the perfect base for exploring beautiful Kangaroo Island. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Cons: Couldn't find any faults at all. 👍.
